Who do we house
The primary criteria that applicants must meet is that the income they receive is low and participating in the private rental market would put them under financial pressure. When reviewing applications, we look at how the applicant would benefit from housing with the Society, and check references to ensure any prospective tenant would treat a property, staff and their neighbours respectfully.

All our property vacancies are listed online. Subscribe to receive vacancy notifications and updates. Unfortunately, not every applicant is guaranteed a property and we encourage you to also engage with other housing providers.
Application Process
The application process is now online. Sign up to our newsletter and to be notified via email when we have a vacancy. Vacancies will be advertised via realestate.com.au.
Don’t have an email? Contact our office for assistance with an application form. Existing and new paper applications will only be retained for 6 months with the applicant’s consent.
